Get Back - Beatles Doku
Ich habe soeben die dreiteilige Beatles Doku "Get Back" auf Disney+ gestreamt, total 8 Stunden.

Sogar für mich als "nicht hardcore" Beatles Fan war dies sehr eindrücklich, die Recording Sessions in den Apple Studios für das letzte Beatles Album 'Let it be' zu sehen.
Dank Peter Jacksons eindrücklicher Restaurierung des alten Filmmaterials mit zum Teil gestochen scharfen Bildern... AI sei Dank!

Prädikat: Sehr empfehlenswert.

Merci für die Review, Tom. Thumbs Da ich ohne Streaming usw. "in der ersten Reihe" sitze, würde ich mir eine 2-Stunden-Kinofassung wünschen.
Bei "Respect" über Aretha Franklin haben mir persönlich auch die Parts am besten gefallen, wo "Re" und ihre Musiker einzelne Stücke im Studio (weiter-) entwickeln.

Ich fand die Doku auch sehr spannend und erkenntnisreich. Als Beatlesfan habe ich der Veröffentlichung wochenlang entgegegefiebert. Ich glaube aber, dass die vielen Details für einen Nicht-Beatlesfan eher langweilig sind. Ich hatte noch gehofft, dass die Entstehung des ein oder anderen Gitarrenriffs dokumentiert wurde, aber die waren meistens plötzlich einfach da. Vielleicht sollte ich die übrig gebliebenen 64 Stunden Filmmaterial noch einmal selbst durchforsten.
